Skills of Central Pennsylvania, Inc. is governed by a volunteer board of directors.
Potential members are presented to the board selection committee for approval. The board is comprised of individuals with a diverse array of skills representing many of the 14 counties in which Skills operates.

The chairman serves a two-year term.
